Well, Kings Island and Canada's Wonderland have no B&M coasters, yet they are constantly two of the most visited seasonal parks in North America. These two parks have gone for almost six years with one coaster addition each, and they look like they are doing pretty darn good. If you were Six Flags, wouldn't you try doing things their way and see if you can capture the same success?
It's amazing what kiddie land expansions, waterpark expansions, a dark ride, and a Zamperla Volare can do for your attendance.

Those parks also have a lot of rollercoasters. They have more than our 12. As long as parks go on the more "yawn" side they are okay. If you have your parks becoming too rough, people don't want to go. Being a PTC fan, those parks are glory!!.
They have five compared to SFGAm wooden rollercoasters. I also do think that Premier is a good company, but how many "fast" coasters can you have until people get bored with them. I would love to have a Mr. Freeze and a V2 in the same park like they sorta do (in one of them). Canada doesn't have as many park as the United States to quote why they are best there now. It also depends on the area.
