It’s nothing new. It’s just something to make the New CEO look good. I saw these advertisements all over the Theaters back in 2004.

I just hope they don't advertise during Final Destination 3. That wouldn't be too good for publicity. It is nothing really new. Don't people usually hate those previews. I always think, "Can we just the start the movie now?" They become an annoyance. For these commercials, it will be fun to see though.

why is my six in that picture i thought daniel snyder was going to get rid of him. i guess ads are alright but it has a good side and a bad side. long lines and sfga makes money to build coaster which i don't think they will build many more of because they are apealing to families. i would rather have short lines.

I think they're talking about the previews before the previews. Usually they also have movie trivia and advertisements for their concession stand, gift cards, meeting rooms, etc. during this time.

more publicity more PR, that's great for them....they're getting the word out there. Who knows, when the season gets even closer, they'll probably just show commerical spots..

I like the idea. I go to so many movies and since i love roller coaster commercials so much, it would make me even more anxious to go. And for those who hate previews (which I actually love to watch), now you have a good preview to look forward too.

^I'm assuming either Loews or AMC or both since they are very large chains and it is being shown at a lot of theators.

"DALLAS Amusement park operator Six Flags will advertise on the movie screens of AMC Entertainment, Cinemark USA and Regal Entertainment Group in a deal with National CineMedia, the sales and marketing arm of the three theater circuits."
