^On http://www.screamscape.com they have a link to a photo update that shows a lot of new changes going on at Magic Mountain. They now have tons of characters roaming the park, photo spots with staff available to take your picture, a picture of them repainting Sky Tower, and Riddler's Revenge running three vehicles.

As of February 11th, it definitely has not been repainted. Maybe you are thinking of Revolution, which is in the process right now.

I'm glad that Revolution is getting paint. It sure needs it looking at some of the construction pictures of Tatsu with it in the background.

Did you guys notice the rock details that they are putting on Tatsu's footers?!

Ok alright, I see your point now. I'm sorry, I saw a different picture that told me otherwise, dated February 11th.
(Sorry mods, this is an on-ride photo, but I am not posting it to condone it, just purely to show the paint-job of the ride.)

I'm all smiles in this topic aren't I?

The day Flashback runs, for more than 30 minutes loaded, is the day the world comes to an end...dont start jumping for joy until you see trains cycling again.

^^Correct. Flashback will NOT be open for 2006, if ever again.

^ And you know this because you work at SFMM right? Theres not a doubt in my mind that i think FB will not run again. Shapiro wants things to change at Six Flags, from Painting Chang at SFKK, Adding new characters at the parks, and reopening Flashback.

Just how bad was/is Magic Mountain? I have often thought of pulling a Griswold vacation, and heading off to Wally World, but hesitated due to the stories that I heard.

What I heard of SFMM

1. very dirty
2. slow ride ops
3. rude ride ops
4. poor service
5. ride's being closed because lack of staff
6. poor flat ride collection

Yeah, before the new management. I guarantee you will see 5 of those improved this year, with the sixth being improved in the coming years. Just give the new management time, and I am confident we will all see a better, greater Six Flags Magic Mountian and a greater Six Flags Inc.

Do you really think IF flashback did reopen it would operate during the summer? Probably not because of the waterpark.
