Oh, cool I guess. I think that they will get almost no business, since they have to compete against Six Flags (right across the street). I bet the only time they will get business is in winter.

Did you also forget about it being a hotel, I never knew you could spend the night at SFGAm, hmmm..... I'm sure that the hotel and SFGAm may actually make some deal to the guests staying at the hotel for a cheaper price and transportation to the park.
Universal Orlando Mechanical Engineer Marathon down, Goofy to go.
I was wondering what happened to it. I thought they said 2006 and I was wondering why I hadn't heard anything about it. Magestic Springs will be like most of the Dells' hotels. It will have a large indoor waterpark and will serve sort of as the park's hotel.
Also, they mentioned when plans were first approved that the company would be working hand in hand with Six Flags Great America so i am assuming there won't be much competition with the park, but rather competition with the other Gurnee area hotels.
RIP: Trailblazer and Deja Vu...heck, even Alien Encounter
I usually go to the Dells (Kalahari or Great Wolf) at least one time during the winter every year just for a getaway so a 45 minute drive is much better then a 3.5 hour drive to the Dells.
^Same here, I'm in New Lenox so this hotel would be a nice weekend getaway. It would also give me a rare opportunity to see the park in the winter. Can't wait

/\ I was having the same problem, too. I think it's so big that either my computer or the connection is freezing up. I downloaded it at school and then just e-mailed it to myself and was able to see it that way.
