either league's central division is weak. the sox and cubs are both in 2 of the weakest leagus in baseball, fittingly so cause they are both weak teams.the AL is a run producing league, and is therefore much easier to win in. the afforementioned point about the dh rule (biggest joke in pro sports) is good proof that the AL is all about scoring runs.neither team will win thier division this year.

Sweet, the only names I know are Coco Crisp, Omar, Lawton, and a few others that slip my mind at the moment. I was a huge, old indians fan before they traded everyone away and they got bad.

Yeah, I don't expect to see Alfonsucka as a closer for the Cubs or any other team in the near future. I guess we're stuck with him now. Also, anybody eager to see T-3? I'm gonna check it out this weekend to see if it lives up to the hype(although James Cameron is not on the director's chair). It'd be nice to see a Terminatrix in action.

The Cubs aren't going anywhere until they get a better bullpen. And I hate Frank Thomas. He is the biggest whiner I have ever seen. He wanted more money but he wont even slide into home?!?!?! I would take Kanerko over him anyday. I think T-3 is going to suck and it wont live up to the hype. You never know though.

Barry Bonds is the biggest whiner in all of baseball. He sits literally right on top of the plate giving him a weird strike zone. He wears as much protection (elbopads, shin gaurds, etc) as he can, yet he still gets pissed when people hit him. If you move into a inside pitch, and you have armour on..don't get so mad when you get hit.T3 looks okay, not as good as the other 2 though.Anyone here like the White Stripes? I went to their concert at the Aragon Ball Room last night and it was kick ass!

barry bonds has a hideous personality, but its easy to accept that when he gets on base as much as he does. ill take barry bonds over frank thomas, sammy sosa, big mac, or any other big time home run hitter ever.the white stripes are horrid, although that song 7 nation army is incredibly catchy and ive come to enjoyit ...but other than that song i think they are easily in the top 10 worst bands out right now (its easy to make it into that category though).

It was sweet, Thomas keeps on jacking homers, the two new players are fitting in nicely, and Konerko is gaining his confidence back.

Yes, I would still take Konerko over Thomas anyday just as I said before ragingbulldude. Its not a matter of stats, I just dont like Frank Thomas. The same goes for Barry Bonds or any other player whines about everything. Konerko is a class act and a great ball player. Just give him some time and he will be back on form.

SOSA GOT SNUBBED!!! as a cubs fan, this makes me so, so very happy!!!also, wierd al is a genius. you can say all you want about how all he does it change around people's lyrics, but his lyrics are written so well. much better than most the musicians writing original songs. plus, he is hilarious. check out altv on vh1...the eminem interview is great.'if i ever meet you ill ctrl+alt delete you'
