Looks like the owners will eventually work out a deal with the county, considering half the taxes they owe go toward the tourism board in the first place.
Unfortunately for the park it looks like this was a pretty obvious choice by management at Morgan RV not to pay taxes, perhaps because they believed they would no longer own Indiana Beach by the time it was discovered.
Clearly they didn't unload the park as fast they had hoped

Well if anyone is still following IB, their marketing director just posted on a IB FB group that Rocky Mountain is going to drop off a huge load of track for the 3 woodies in the very near future. No more details than that, but I'm going to guess they will be putting in topper track to cut down on the amount of maintenance.

With all the money they are dumping into the park this year, it's pretty clear they want to sell the park sooner rather than later. I still have no idea why they bought IB in the first place, they didn't want to have anything to do with the park, they just wanted the campgrounds, but it was a package deal (read park was free)
