Almost 5 hours for Shockwave at SFGAm when it first opened. At the time for some reason they were only running one train and of course everyone and their mother wanted to get on this thing since it was a record breaker at the time. I was 17 at the time so I had more patience to wait.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.
5 hours for Hollywood Rip, Ride, Rockit. Found out it was soft opening to the public for the first time that day when I walked in. Waited in an un-offical line in front of the concert stage.
Longest I ever saw was 7 hours of Soarin' at EPCOT on New Years Eve 2011.
A good three hours in 2003 for Superman: Ultimate Flight at SFGAm. It was a hot summer day in July, and that three hour wait was a pain in the ass. But the ride was worth it.

It seems like the other side always wins on American Eagle Also, I've ridden Goliath 23 times in one day. HBU? (Sorry in advance for unnecessary commas and parenthesis every where)
I expect to wait a good long while for Goliath on May 24th. If it is 3 hours long, then I hope the ride is worth the time spent in line. Hopefully the line isnt to bad when the park opens on that day. I will hit Goliath first, get in line for it ASAP.

Five hours for Kingda Ka in 2006 and didn't even get to ride; wasted a huge majority of the day there.
It did not help the following year, when I rode TTD and thought it was rather mediocre (fortunately I got on that after it rained, so the wait wasn't bad at all); I didn't bother with it when I went back in 2012.

I will "walk" straight to it, as well.
By "walk", you mean half run/ half jog, brisk speed walking? Eh? LOL...
I'll be doing the same.

As fast as I can without security getting on my ass about it. (in the past) The right is crowded, mostly because of RB, but also for X-Flight. While the left is rather crowded but stops at Superman. Leaving Yankee Harbor dead for the first hour. With Goliath being added this year, do you think the crowds will be more equal on each side of Carousel Plaza , for opening?

I think the left side of the park might be more crowded this time around. Goliath will draw a lot of people, hopefully enough to lessen the traffic on the right side for a little.
