Eh, I don't really mind the snow that much.

Bad news everyone, I got pulled over for the first time tonight in a goddamn speed trap on 45 South coming home from Mem. Falls. The cop said I was going 19 over (which probably saved me from the ticket.) and just told me to slow down.

To sum it all up, I'd really like to give that officer a big hug right now.

I got pulled over for having Illinois plates once... wait no, they were expired. Nevermind. Ignore this post. I know I can just not hit submit, but I won't, because I'm tired.

No, a count-up timer. It goes from one to explode.

I got a ticket for 10 over.

I buddy of mine got pulled over for doing 50 over. The cop could only put 50 over on the ticket because his radar gun wouldn't go over 99 mph.

usually you can fight a ticket below 15. I just took the stupid class to get it off my record.

I didn't say anything about the instructor, I said the class was stupid. the woman we had was actually very nice and quite funny, but I could have done without the $110 fine and the stats about how I'll die an increasingly horrible death for every mph I go over the posted speed limit.

Timmy, Gmail is Google's e-mail service.

I'm assuming its still in beta if you need invites to get an account. I don't have one and I don't really want one. go fastmail! woot.

I just witnessed a crash at Almond and Gages Lake. I was coming down Almond and didn't get a very good view, but a mini-van (man who was probably in his 50's) was coming down almond out of the neighborhood and a car (two teen-aged boys) were coming on gages lake and one of them (I couldn't see which one) hit the other. The van ended up on the sidewalk and the car in the middle of the intersection. The car was pretty much totaled and gasoline was all over the road. Both vehicles had their airbags deploy. The boys were able to get out of their car without any problems. One them was holing his face and I think that he was beading. The man in the van was still in the van, but he was unharmed. He was checking to see that all of his windows would still work. One of the boys was able to push the car over so that one lane of traffic could get through. This being my lane, this was all that I saw of the scene.

I wasn't sure which topic this question fit into, so I figured posting it here is probably the best bet. Don't want to get attacked or anything. :)

Okay, I am going to an upcoming buy out and I was wondering if I have to pay for parking, or if I can just use my season pass parking sticker.
I've been to the same event before, but don't remember the parking situation.

I read the back of my tickets, and the back of my pass, and no real information is on there regarding special events.
Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
Erin

If it's a private event, and the whole park was bought out, I would assume that the parking lot would also be bought out for the afternoon/evening/whatever. I can't really see SF charging parking for a private event like that.

I got a question for everyone...what classes are you taking this semester/year? I gots the following:

audio production I - required for major
scriptwriting II - that seems like its gonna be fun
history of animation - required for major and is guaranteed to be a pain
american politics and mass media - required for what are called "themed" courses. they're like forced electives where you pick a group of cources and then 3 of the courses in that group. they're a total pain, but they're gone for last year's freshmen and beyond.

...yeah, I'm bored :)

I've got: Honors Biology, PE/Health, Algebra 1, Intro to English, Microcomputers, and Spanish 1.

Heh, at first I thought I was going to really dread high school. But, even on the first day, I already loved it. I don't know why, it's just a completely new expierence for me, which I suppose makes it fun lol. Work/homework is the not-so-fun part, though.

:x  :x

My School is run by idiots. They use the A/C As low as they can possibly get it because the only guy who knew how to work it retired, and they don't know how to change it! My school is the worst at spending money! I think there is a bubble around my town, everyone is stupid! I live in the dumbest superb in the world! ARGH! They cut the "Geek" sports like badminton and bowling because they need more money for football. it doesn't matter what the students want. argh. I'm gonn stop ranting about the way my school is run unless you want me to, and since you probably don't want me to, i'm gonna shut up now.
