Batman - Yellow vs. Black

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.
Postby joker on July 25th, 2004, 2:27 pm
Since the new change of colors on Batman, it seems like all the clones have the yellow and midnight blue, and now our Batman has the same colors. I think that we should of just kept the black since black was the rides orginal color.

Sure, the yellow looks very nice on the ride, but think of its history and its clones.

It's much better how it is now. It actually looks nice when your in the park, not just in line for it.

It goes faster, which probably has nothign at all to do with the paint job. Either way, better ride so I like the paintjob. :D

Your minds playing tricks on you.

B:TR has always been very very fast, every time someone visits they will think the ride is running faster, that's just psycological. Except cold days it seems to be a bit more tempermental and won't have quite as many forces but still...

Sorry about that, but I explained in farther detail. Also, I dont visit this message board as much as I used to, so please take it easy. Also, I have a short term memory for certain things.

I will never post again, if thats what you want me to do.

^ Sorry, I didn't mean to be harsh. We have had many topics about this in the past.

Here are topics talking about how B:TR is going faster:

Those were created right when the weather started getting warm. Woodland posted that B:TR is going faster since it was painted, which is clearly psycological because it's always been how it is now.

Also what Galvan posted is wrong, like many of his other topics.

Yeah as much as I liked the old colors for its rustic appearance, I like the colors now because it looks like SF is giving it some TLC. It doesn't bother me.

I woudnt have minded them just repainting the ride the same colors. But it sticks out so much more now, but in a good way.

The rusty Batman blue was really cool. Yellow with the midnight blue is even better. It's shiny, and looks great. I love it.

I'm still going to say that they painted it those colors because they lost the best colored Batman in the chain (Batman Knight Flight RIP).

I think it has to do with, how many times can we talk about BTR paint? Is this the 45th topic where BTR paint came up? J/k, it just seems that way.
