June 27th

Today was the last of the bring a friend for free day for seson pass holders. I knew it would be packed but my mom wanted to bring my aunt, uncle and other uncle and my little cousins.

It was backed up 5 miles before the exit and the ramp to the parking booth. The 2nd lot was already almost full and it was about 1130. Yeah so all I wanted to do was go on King Chaos because I hadn't been on it yet. So I went there and it was a full queue took 50 minutes with a breakdown. It was what I expected which was not much. They need to get a better program and a longer one going.

After, King Chaos I had a hot dog and walked around the park with my brother while my aunts and the little kids waited 40 minutes for Big Easy Balloons . Everything was extremely long lines. So we went to the car and listened to the Cubs-Sox game for 2 hours(Cubs lost ) and then walked to Burger King. After it was about 5:00 and our family was still in the park so we went back in and Ragin Cajun was experiencing a delay in operation and it was testing so we got in the line that was forming. It opened immediantly.

It was 1 hour and 30 minute wait with a few short breakdowns and alot of exit pass people that make me mad. They really need to fix this system they get to go right on and they take up a whole car or more, they should have to wait a certain amount of time to get on. Yeah after that we went out to eat. Pretty much a wasted day which I wanted no part of.

Ride Totals:
King Chaos- 1 ride
Ragin' Cajun- 1 ride

I left at 1, they were using all but 1 lane in the driveway and the line was still backed up to the entrance of the driveway and the back overflow parking lots were being filled.
Cool 8).

Also I walked by Whizzer at 10:30 in the morning, and it was using the full queues and was out past the entrance! At 10 freggin 30 am! I'm not sure if they had the third train running by then.

Big Easy Balloons had a 40 minute line? I haven't waited through that long of line for anything this year except RC(which wasn't even open for the day yet!)

Edit: I finally fixed my spacebar! :D

Worse off, that line of traffic heading INTO the parking lot lingered 15 minutes before closing time. Huh?

Waiting 30 minutes for RB is one thing, but for a gentle flat ride? Consider yourself skipping it and riding the Batman.

And BTW, can't we have an *official* post for 6/27? Or must we compete with others? 8) :?
R.I.P. Splashwater Falls and Space Shuttle America. Deja Vu, enjoy Idaho.
