Update:

It's getting repainted and those un-needed OTSR's are getting replaced with Lap Bars. It feels like they're trying to get back to Santa's Village pre-Typhoon.

Actually, it just seems like they are getting a lot of rides from that park that closed down awhile ago in which the Zyklon is coming from probably. The Sea Dragon, Balloons, this coaster, and I would think the Tilt-A-Whirl is from there. A lot of the other rides seem to be from Kiddieland or where previous at Santa's Village. I wonder if the antique cars came from Six Flags St. Louis or Magic Mountain. I do know that St. Louis still has the antique car attraction still running, but they also shortened the track by a lot so maybe they had extra antique cars they wanted to sell off, or Magic Mountain just got rid of theirs even though that's a long way from there. It probably would've even been smarter to just ask Great America if they wanted to buy some. They don't really know what they are doing with them (except for a few for props). Plus, some of Great America's actually came from Kiddieland.
