11/1/09: Last trip of the season

Let us know how your day at the park was.
Postby Demon_07 on November 1st, 2009, 9:23 pm
Around 12:30, I left and picked up my friend. He hadn't been to SFGAm in 10 years so it was a lot of fun to introduce him to everything. We arrived by 1 and immediately went over to Swamp Thing. Not too bad a wait, maybe 15 minutes. After that was Demon. We waited about 5 minutes for back row (black train) and we both enjoyed it. Since the future of GAR is unknown, I decided to wait the 10 minutes for it. Then, I took my friend to AE. We chose front row with only a 1-train wait. For fun, we took a quick walk through Necro. I only saw about 5 scareactors but I got my pic with Mayor Slayor so no complaints. Since we still had a lot of time, we waited about 25 minutes for TDK. (I love clapping for Harvey Dent in the preshow haha)My friend bought a DK shirt in Heroes, had it sent to package pickup and we were off. We met up with my other friend at Rue Le Morgue and enjoyed that. The FF spiel for STT was a bit different and I got some great shots. Bull's line was at the entrance so we decided against it. I had a delicious chili dog at Gam hotdog, then went back into Necro. A few more zombies were out by then. Next was BTR. I noticed that audio of police reports were added to the cop car and fog was put in the drain tunnel. Unfortunately, there was a group of vulgar and obnoxious teens behind us so it got interesting...We got on in roughly 35 minutes and went back to Demon to end the night. We took front car this time and row 5 after that for my 50th ride of the season. The effects were amazing as usual and with that, I said my goodbyes and left. Outstanding season for me, can't wait for whatever 2010 has to offer.

For Totals, I'll just say the ones I remember which isn't much at all:

Raging Bull - 2
Viper - 1
Love at First Fright - 1
Hypnotist show - 1
American Eagle - 1
Jester's Wild Ride - 0
Buccaneer Battle - 0 (just played with those stupid water guns. Than I got bored after 3 minutes.)
Antique Cars - 0
Train - 2
Spacely's - 0
Yankee Clipper - 0
Logger's Run - 2

East River Crawler- maybe 1
King Chaos - 0
Wahoo Racers - 0
Ragin Cajun - 0
Giant Drop - 0
Revolution - 2
Bowl Slides - 0
Chubasco - 3 (Surprisingly, I didn't go on more. I should've.)
River Rocker - 0

The rest I have no idea. They are a lot more than 2 though. I have no idea how many times I went. I go to have fun. I don't really worry that I have ridden Superman 9 times in a day, Triple 5 times, Condor 3 times, and so on. These I know because I hardly go on these rides. Giant Drop I would go on more if that type of ride didn't have it's cable snap 3 times (Yes, 1 at SFKK, but at 2 other places when no one was on the ride. I like that ride, but to me it's just a good ride. I'll just go on the carnival ride drop tower instead.)
