Marti Gras/Orleans Place Parades

[The Butterfly]

Idk but did anybody really understand in the listing of the outdoor shows that they have a Marti Gras Parade and that consist of Stilt Walkers. They used to have 5. At first they wanted to have all the characters of the parade be like an actual Marti Gras Parade and had the stilt walkers throw beads. Then people assumed that guests needed to be rude and start grabbing beads from the walkers. And the characters where a Butterfly, A Jester, A vine and a Mime and a clown. None of which except for the Jester and the Butterfly had anything to do with Marti Gras colors or themed for it. Now they have at the most 3 walkers. But the vine and the butterfly had a big time impact on the guests and compliments and also where noticed by the big wigs and corporate members. I personally don't understand why they would make the best characters that brought the most attention to the parade and joy to the guests leave. Did anybody notice that the Parade even consist of stilt walkers?? I'll try and upload some pictures of the walkers so maybe it will ring some bells as to what im talking about!

Im really new to this site but RagingBullFan helped me get involved with this. Idk if you can few my pictures but I uploaded 3-4 pictures of the Butterfly Stilt walker. Maybe she will ring a bell. And yes the Mime chased people all over the place but unless they where in the middle of theyre own little act most of the walkers really just nicely interacted with the guests.

one time this year i was riding big easy balloons with friends (long story) and we saw the butterfly and the vine just walking around and really doing nothing else

Well I personally know the Vine! She actually just quit because she really wanted to be approved by DC as Hawk girl. They didn't take the pictures in enough time to be worth approving her for this year. She waited and waited and they made her do stilts instead of HG. So she did stilts for about 2 weeks and then passed out on Friday and quit that night. It was not worth waiting for HG anymore. And the Butterfly is no longer there anymore either. Ah hell who am I to keep my identity a big secret. I am or should say was The Butterfly. Im not there anymore, unfortunate my stilts where causing some safety problems and made me getting to my preshow walk too late. So they decided I was one too many walks to late and asked me to leave. But the park guests loved the butterfly i made and so did the big wigs and other supers. I will miss not being the butterfly that made Marti Gras special and worth watching.

I was also asked by DC to give them more pictures because of the very real possibility of being approved for Wonder Woman. They have not had a WW in 2 seasons. But they flags decided against it due to the fact they would have to get another butterfly. Well now they have NO ww and NO butterfly!
