What is the best spiel you have ever heard? I would have to say that my favorite spiels are from the Whizzer crew last year because they put a lot of energy into making that ride fun. However, a close second would have to be V2's false countdown spiel. Anybody else have favorites from another park?
Remember, there's nothing but air beneath the chair.
At this park; It was the first time I've ever heard Eddie on Deja Vu, "There goes the floor your out the back door, enjoy your ride on Deja Vu"
Cedar Point; No matter how much people hate TTD's "I'm ready to go" song. There was this really, really, really, really, extremely good ride op there that made the ride really fun for me. He was asking the crowd trivia and defiantly had a dance for the "I'm ready to go song". I have to say this was my best experience of a crew.
I wish someone could post the spiel lists for the rides.
DejaVu-
"Its green its blue and now it has you, enjoy your ride on DejaVu" "There no where to run, theres no where to hide, its DejaVu enjoy your ride" Im not sure if this is a official one but I heard it once ( I think this is how it goes) "Free fall down, loop real high, with nothing under your feet but the sky"
V2- "5...4...3...2 *launch*...1...0..." please keep your hands and arms inside the car "prepare for launch" *Launch*.......goodbye
Ahhhh, spieling. Working at Wicked Twister was tons of fun because of this. At Cedar Point, we had Spiels that we were supposed to stick, and not have any fun with... Lets face it saying the same thing over and over and over and over bores teh guests too... right? Also, in my opinion, if you are changing them up, and having a good time with them.. YET still reminding every guest of every rule during every ride/ launch.. whats the matter?
Well anyways.. being off so far away from any of the supervisors paths we would have some fun over there.. my favorite one I started in 2006 was.. (In deep dragster guy voice) "KEEP ARMS DOWN, HEAD BACK, AND HOLD ON. Vrrooom Vroom Vrrommmm mmmm Skah REEEECHH!*launch*"
Everyone on the rides platform allll ways laughed so hard, and the people on the ride would always give a "thumbs up" at the end of the ride. I liked, and they liked it!
Hmm what else was there....?
"ATTN GUEST WAITING IN LINE FOR WICKED TWISTER, PLEASE KEEP BOTH FEET ON THE FLOOR. THE SILVER HANDRAILS ARE FOR YOUR HANDS NOT YOUR *train pulls back in*, Welcome back Wicked Twister riders!!!! How was your ride?!"
Another fun one was "Half the speed of Dragster, but double the fun!!"

Hi guys! even though "There goes the floor, your ready to soar!" is extremely over-used, it is so classic. And it is so great because you hear it so much, and if you have a "speil" stuck in your head, it's a good one!!! I love Six Flags Great America!!!
I don't remember if it was still like this last year, but you gotta love the standard safety spiel for Viper. You only hear it about 100 times just in the station alone...
"Welcome to Viper! Please pull your lapbar down as far as it will go.....Welcome back! When the train stops, push down, then pull up on your lapbar. Please exit to your left, and down the exit ramp. Thanks for challenging the Viper. We hope you enjoy your day at Six Flags!!!"
After just being in the station for 5 minutes, you can just about have that memorized.

WOW- I can even hear the voice in my head. Thats creepy, no more viper for me.
I got a good one front drop on Sat ill try and remember it, "A wiseman once told me, what comes up must come down...Faster, enjoy your 62 mile per hour ride on the Giant Drop"
God bless NIU Next SFGAm trip: Today May 1st SFGAm '10 ride count-53
It's "A wise man once said, What goes up, must come down FASTER...enjoy your 62 mph plumet to the ground." I tell you that person must be really good at spieling.
