Be sure to check out Giant Drop this year. This ride will be very well themed. Can't wait... :)

Southwest Scare-itorry signs are up, the AGR is decorated, Great America Raceway is transforming into the "Hearsey Highway" They pulled a lot of other stuff out of the warehouse thats waiting to go out. I'll be at Fright Fest Preview night (for employees only) on October 9th and I'll make sure I post a full report on the park, as by that time it will be finished.

That music gets very irritating throughout the day. Yes, its cool at first, but after several hours of it I can't stand it. I also think FF will be great this year without the "Scare Zones".

There is now official information on the Six Flags website at sixflags.com. The 3-D house is 'The Curse of Sleepy Hollow 3-D Haunted House.' SSA is 'Superstition,' and Rue Le Dodge is 'Rue Le Morgue.' There will also be over 200 creatures.Side-note: SFGAdv seems to have the most interesting Fright Fest gimmick: donate blood to Dracula/Red Cross and get in for free.

Anybody know if the raffle will be back again this year? I can't for the life of me remember what they called it, but you entered your name into a raffle and if they picked your name you won a free season pass. What was the name of the thing again?!

I remember a radio promotion for it last year. The only name that comes to mind is Body Tag. I believe you had a tag that had to be visible, and if you got caught, you were out. If you 'survived,' you were in the raffle for a Season Pass.Edit: Now that I think about it, the actual name may have been FearANoia, or something of that nature.

Yeah, I thought that whole fearonia thing was stupid. Also, someone mentioned the Iron Werewolf sign not being on the SF web site, there not going to put something as little as that on the site

AGR in greatamerica2003's post is Ameri-Go-Round (near American Eagle). I'm not sure if you meant that, or are looking for an ADR.

Im asking this a lil bit soon, but I want to make a website just for fright fest. Only I need a lil bit of help. Is anyone willing to take pictures of this years event and send them to me? you will get full credit for them. I also would like reviews. If possible I can possibly bring opinions up to the people who run it to see if they can add or remove things for next year. Im pretty positive they will always have necroplois since its the biggest attraction along with the Mausoleum. Sadies dead and breakfest is now the 3-D haunted house (in Southwest SCARE-atory) The pirates i believe are gone, Trolls are still there, so is Not-so-Scary in the Kids area. And they have to have signs up for "Scare Zones" in case kids walk through with out warning and get scared and usually there is a big problem with parents getting quite pissed. Thats all i can recall as of right now. In my opinion i think its gonna to be a VERY good year of scaring =) And if anyone is willing to help me out please get back to me. Thank you very very much! Much Love.XJuggaletteX017@aol.com aka Fright Fest Chica

I was just wondering... I know that some of the haunted houses, you have to pay. Which ones are the scarier ones in case we only decide to go to a few. Last year we went during fright fest but I had my little brother with and he didn't want to go in any of the haunted houses so we really couldn't. That was the only time I have went since I was little and I'm going October 13, so just wondering which ones in you guys' opinions were the scarier ones.
Need a break from college homework.. 2004 season, come faster!!
