Demon has similar trains, because they were made by Arrow. They are not the Shockwave trains. Demon has six cars per train, Shockwave had seven cars per train.

The Shockwave trains went to Great Adventure and Magic Mountain. I believe SFGAdv got two trains and SFMM got one train. Or it could be the other way around.

Ah ok. Well they looked awfully similar so thats why I guessed that. Thanks for correcting that. :)
This is where I would usually put stuff. Can't think of anything right now... =/

Regarding Shock Wave trains, SFMM got the yellow and blue trains, and SFGAdv got the red train.

If I ever go to SFMM and/or SFGAdv(which I have plans to do in my lifetime) I shall definetly remember that. It will bring back memories. :(

Isn't the Great American Scream Machine@SFGAdv a Shockwave clone? The only difference is our's was built 1st. Viper@SFMM is almost a clone, just layed out a bit differently.

And wow this has gone off topic. Lol!

Viper isn't an exact version of Shockwave but the one GAdv is.
Top 3 Steel Coasters: 1. The Incredible Hulk 2. Maverick 3. Dragon Challenge (Fireball)

Top 3 Wood Coasters: 1. The Beast 2. American Eagle (Red) 3. Hades

I wouldn't expect these rides to go anytime soon:

American Eagle: You can't have "Great America" with out the the "American Eagle." Plus they've been retracing the ride since 1997.

Raging Bull: Great America's best business decision to date. To take Raging Bull down would pretty much be suicide for Great America.

Batman the Ride: The world's first inverted looping coaster. Without this ride, half the rides in the world wouldn't even exist. This revolutionized the industry.

Whizzer: Its already been saved once. Plus, with the whole family friendly idea, this ride had "family friendly" written all over it.

Viper: This was built by Six Flags itself. Plus, it's a classic.

Ragin' Cajun: Again, has "family friendly" written all over it.

Superman: Ultimate Flight: It's still fairly new, and is still very popular.

GASM at SFGAdv is similar to Shockwave but not a clone, there are several significant design changes in addition to the extra few feet of height it has.
Favorite Wood Coasters: The Voyage, Ravine Flyer II, Thunderhead, Balder

I think me and danheb can agree on one thing.

600ft ULTRA INTAMIN 40 INVERSION COASTER!!!!

Yeah..no.

If you don't like your home park, don't complain. Theres plenty of other parks in the country for you to go to. You're posting here, you are a "roller coaster" enthusiast, not a SFGAm enthusiast.

Or they will make upgrades to the rides to refresh them.

A furious storm once roared `cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them here to Typhoon Lagoon!

Even though GASM and Shockwave were clones, GASM had nothing over Shockwave. Shockwave was barely trimmed and was so intense. GASM seemed slower and a tad more rough.
