As you can see in my sig, I am 'CoasterKing.' About 2 maybe 3 years ago I completed SFGAm 1988. I am proud to say I am one of few that have completed a SFGAm recreation. Here's a little sneak peek of my starting of the 2008 recreation of SFGAm. Keep in mind these are about 2 weeks old. I have the carousel up and am currently editing it. Not sure when screenies will come next, but THEY WILL! Don't give up on me. I'd also love to hear what people think and say what you think I should change.
http://themeparkcritic.com/scripts/profile/ViewProfile.asp?ViewID=2909 A furious storm once roared `cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them here to Typhoon Lagoon!
I don't play RCT 2 anymore but good luck with this! Recreating SFGAM is really hard. If you can pull this off, I might just dust off my disc to check this out.
This is where I would usually put stuff. Can't think of anything right now... =/
That totally confused me! I must not have been paying much attention, because I clicked the link in the thread in the SFGAm forum, and didn't realize I ended up in the Games forum. When I went to go back to the forum, I still thought I was in the SFGAm forum and was actually in the games forum. It took me a second to realize what happened.

I've finished a SFGAm recreation before, hopefully I can stick through this one. The hardest part is getting committed to the park, which in my opinion means getting at least 30% of the park done, then you're committed and should finish it. Starting the park is the hardest part, as you've seen by others. Most people start the park and maybe a week later never touch it again. Anyways...thanks for the replies!
I won't open the park anyways. When i release it, you people are free to, but I'm just building it for the recreation. If I end up completing SFGAm 08 I'm done with RCT2.

Instead of quote, I almost hit report post on accident. Anyways, I already have NL but really want SM! I also miss RCT2 a lot! Game brings back memories. The money I'm saving is going towards Cedar Point though so I don't want to spend it. I hope I get to go this year since last year was my first time going but it rained at 11 something so only got to ride 3 coasters! I didn't even get to ride MF or Maverick! Wow, I'm getting off subject here!
Top 3 Steel Coasters: 1. The Incredible Hulk 2. Maverick 3. Dragon Challenge (Fireball)
Top 3 Wood Coasters: 1. The Beast 2. American Eagle (Red) 3. Hades
Those are some great pictures. I own both RCT2 and RCT3, and from my experience, RCT2 is so much more stable that 3. I'm glad that you are using 2, because I cannot count the people on this site who have tried and failed making a recreation of SFGAm on RCT3.
