Size of Images in Posts

I have a question regarding the size of images that appear when you view a thread.

For example, if you look at any of the TR's from the family preview night (except mine), all of the photos that are displayed are full images.

Then, if you look at mine, they are all thumbnails. To see the full picture, users have to click on each one.


Am I doing something wrong? The size of the images are no bigger then 800x600.
