^Agreed.

The old school rappers were the best in my opinion.

RUN DMC, LL COOL J, BEASTIE BOYS, PUBLIC ENEMY, NWA, GHETTO BOYS, KOOL MOE D., ICE T.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

Now, now v2guy, not all rappers are like that. They do also talk about shooting cops, and beating women, and that is only if they can make it before they get shot and killed.

To each their own, but I can stomach Run DMC and thats about it.
If it walks like socialist, quacks like socialist, smells like a socialist, .... it's a socialist. Hope, and change we can believe in.

Yeah, rock's about violence, drugs, and sex. Country is incest, fords, and America. Only gays listen to techno. Is that right?

This is favorite rapper thread not lets stereotype music genres.

All v2guy was doing was stating his opinion, in this case his displeasure for rap artists.

Lets just relax folks, its only a meaningless topic.

BTW. Its "No Offense"

Mike!!!!!

That was not an opinion. That was straight out stereotyping and you know it. But since you hate rap/hip-hop, it came across as being acceptable.

If you don't like a certain type of music, stay out of the topic if it focuses on a certain music type.

Stating that music genre only consist of certain things which isn't true is stereotyping. Sorry, don't listen to that mainstream or new shit and you'll understand.

Also, don't be melodramatic. We're just calling you out on a misguided notion of rap, we're not grounding you and taking away your cell phone, chill.
