Just wondering if anybody here watches this show. Its on The Discovery Channel at 9:00pm Fridays, with repeats later that night.

My favorite episode had to be the Yacht that sank in shark invested waters. For 5 days, the crew members had to live in a raft that was filled with puss from an injured woman, urine, and fecies. Two members were eaten by sharks, one died from her injuries, and another went insane from drinking salt water. One guy who drank salt water told the survivors "I am going to go get the car", walked off the side of the raft, and was then promptly eaten by sharks. Two of the five crew members survived.

This show also shows the stupitity of some people. In Friday nights episode, a family went fishing in an african river than was filled with hippos, and crocs. A hippo tipped the boat over, and four of them stood in the middle of the river, while another guy swam for the shore. The guy made it to shore, but then decided to take on a croc. Needless to say, his arm was ripped to shreads. The next morning he was awaken in pain as driver ants were crawling all over his open wounds.

If you ever get the chance to watch it, don't miss it.
If it walks like socialist, quacks like socialist, smells like a socialist, .... it's a socialist. Hope, and change we can believe in.

Wow....that sounds horrifying
Every jumbled pile of person has a thinking part that wonders what the part that isn't thinking, isn't thinking of.

The stupidity is human instinct.

When you're about to die, most of the time, you'll be fighting for yourself. Especially when you're in a situation like a lot of these people are.

It's still oddly entertaining.

For the stupidity aspect, I meant that why in the world would you go fishing in an Amazon river that is infested with hippos and crocks.

I wouldn't last ten minutes in some of those situations that these people are stuck in.
