well yea; the sky is the limit. but i was trying to think more of
our space, and where we could put X.

First of all, don't count on SFMM to close.

Secondly, why would you think Six Flags would relocate all the rides? I mean, it does make sense but when they closed Astroworld they sent a few of the rides away, but not as many as we expected. A few are in storage but we don't know whether or not they are going to be rebuilt.

I’m just looking at all the options, like in Astro World’s case selling the property for commercial or housing purposes will probably get more money than selling the park as a whole, keep in mind the company is far in debt and every extra penny helps! If they were to do it that way, a lot of the parks in the chain need rides and coasters, some haven’t gotten a coaster in over 5 years. If the rides are in good shape its worth more to relocate them then scrap them. Is it going to cost 20million for one coaster? NO, they could probably relocate all of “the mountains” coasters for 20million give or take a few! I hear in that area land is worth 1million an acre, The mountain is a goldmine, If you get 1million per acre and relocate all your coasters and flats to other parks you have made out big!!
