SFI has plans, now, to pay for all of Snyder's expenses involved in the proxy fight of last November/December.
I personally disagree with this decision, it's his fault he spent all that money, he is now chairman of the board, so I'm not sure what he's complaining about. Plus I'm sure it cost a lot of money that SFI just plain doesn't have to give.
