Going to a park and want to meet up with other members of this site. Feel free to post where you will be going!
If I'm going opening day, I will definitely go the day after too. Will anyone else be going?

I will eventually convince my mom into taking me that day. So yes, I have a chance of going.

Sunday wouldnt be a bad day at all, I would think attendance would be low since everyone will get the jitters out on saturday.

I doubt that I would be able to, but if I'm lucky I'll talk someone into going.

I will defiantly, 100% go the second day. I will be there for opening weekend this year, i missed last year's
It will lots of fun too, i am bringing at least 10 people with me in a couple of cars. I could bring all 25 people that i have gotten to get season passes this year, but i dont want to make the park too crowded, lol.

Well it's way to early to predict. This could be Great America's best season ever if they play their cards right with good service and even though most will go on Saturday, Sunday if it is really nice out, meaning at least 50's or 70's with the weather being the way it is right now, you can exspect the park to be packed.
P.S. I love it when the overfill lots are open........
Watch out theres a new Hurricane in Gurnee, IL!

Yeah, I've spoken to my friend, and she and I are going both on opening day, and on May 1st. She'll drive one day, I'll drive the other day. I can't wait, i've been counting down....

Hah, my friend bailed on me for opening day, so she's taking me the day after opening day now. So I'll be there both days.

I will be there on May 1 as well. I am going to opening day on my own then bringing my daughter on May 1 so she can ride some roller coasters.
It's the most fun in the park when your laughing in the dark.

I will be there with my nephew.... Yay!! I can't believe that I'm missing opening day. Oh well at least I get to go opening weekend.
Sunday I heard 55 degrees and cloudy. Hopefully that will be cold enough to keep the crowds at home??

I want to go on May 1st, but I just found out first hour that I have an economics paper due on Tuesday, and I might need to spend more time on that paper than going to SFgam.

its confirmed now, I'll be there Sunday with a friend. cargo pants, black Alley t-shirt, navy GAm hoodie if I'm cold. say hi if you see me.
I don't have a detonator; its on a timer.
A countdown timer?
No, a count-up timer. It goes from one to explode.

Would have been nice if it didn't start sleeting at what was supposted to be the warmest part of the day...I bet anyone who stayed through the rain (that is if they didn't close the park early) is getting on anything they want now without a wait.
