Going to a park and want to meet up with other members of this site. Feel free to post where you will be going!
I want to go Monday, July 5th with friends who finally don't have summer school on a weekday.
Any opinions as to whether the park would be any more crowded than a usual Monday? (since this coming Monday is the day after the 4th of July)

I'm going on monday. I guess I have the same question too.
It's green. It's blue. It's all over you! Enjoy your ride on Déjà Vu

July almost always has a big crowd any day. Take a look through the trip reports looking for monday's in july last year. July was a funny month because of the constant bad weather.

From now until when school starts again it will be crowded. I basically pick which days I go from the 3 day weather forecast.

Go on days with forecasted thunderstorms (only if you have a season pass) and you might get lucky and the storms will keep people from the park, and hopefully they wont last too long

I'll be there on Monday. I will only have a day and a half in the park including the 4th so I'm hoping that the lines aren't too bad.

Yeah... I love doing that... except when it's really bad and they shut down some rides. But actually, sometimes riding things like raging bull are really painful in rain. Like REALLY painful! But there is no line... so I guess it's worth the pain.

A good lesson learned today... don't go on July 5th. It was insanely crowded. Even Whizzer's queue lines were all being used. It sucked.

Thats because it was an observed holiday, I probably should have mentioned that a week ago.
