Ex: Last year Millenium Force went down earlier in the week of coastermania. ERT on it was supposed to be in the morning, but it was still broke. At the Q & A they announced (to much applause and cheers) that it would be fixed by the end of the day. They delivered and had an extra long ERT that night. Thats customer satisfaction like no other.
