ok i was at six flags and my friend was tellin me that he his friend were on the bull and on the chain lift his friends harness came undone! they said it lock on the top before the drop...should that happen? i think the bull should add seat belts in addition to the harness just incase the harness came undone again. because what if it didn't lock back in place? you'd be dead. what do you guys think?

The restraints wouldnt open for no reason on the lift. They can only be opened in the station or unless a ride-op manually unlocks each car of the train.

I've heard this before, and each time I think its BS. I've ridden Bull hundreds of times and it's never happened to me or anyone I know.

It's like that whole "I got stuck on the V2 tower for 10 minutes" story.

The only thing that can cause something like this on Raging Bull is an Incomplete lock of the restraint. This happens when you are well past the locking sensor ( so the computer sees it as being locked) but the ratcheting system is only partially engaged on the tooth for your size. All you need is a little force and it will pop one more notch out. It will however relock on the next size. Also closing, Wrong Forum, and a topic that is really just hearsay.
