I have two computers in my house and I use them both, and for some reason the newer avatars and the updated avatars are showing up on one of the computers while they aren't showing up on the other computer.
Anybody know what's going on?
I see soooo many pop ups for "you computer may infected with spyware"
Chances are if you click yes you'll just get a mess of Spyware on you computer, false advertising
Spyware is what pop-up blockers and firewalls mostly try to defend you from. If it infects your computer, some can be very hard to get rid of and can even crash your computer.

Yeah, those ads are hypocritic. (Notice my use of "hypocritic" hehehe). Can Mac (Os X) computers be infected?
How much longer can I last until Opening Day! ARRRRGH!
Okay, to trouble shoot this probem. Go into MSDOS prompt by going to
Start->run-> Type: "cmd" without quotes.
Then once in the Command Prompt type in
"tracert http://www.sfgamworld.com" Without Quotes. It should finally make it to the final destination without getting stuck at any 'hops'.
If it does stop somewhere then it is probably client side because I can sucessfully do it.
Also try holding Ctrl and F5 to force refresh the page. Also clear your cache by clearing cookies and all temporary internet files.
Spyware and your firewall shouldnt make a difference unless your not allowing internet explorer (or Molizza/whatever you use) to connect to the internet.

Same here. I was infected from Chatterbox's website. (one note - they also put the same advertising into sites that have their chatterbox). I didn't even click on anything. A popup would appear, disappear, then some software would automatically install. Ad-subtract told me I had over 200 instances of spyware on my computer.
