I'm still looking into if there is some way to prevent this, what Insane Newman said about it thinking the mainpage is part of the forums is correct, its just I'm not sure what part of the code is causing it, I'm still working through all of the code to see if there is something I can do about it. Until then, just go straight to http://www.sfgamworld.com/phpBB2/ and new posts should show up fine, if you want to see the news you can just hit up the Headline News forum.

Ok, as an update now, I've changed a setting, please let me know if it has helped to fix the problem.
