How do you get a picture under your name like everyone else.

Go into your profile. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of your profile page, and click "Show Gallery" in the avatar section. Choose an avatar, then click "Select Avatar" and scroll to the bottom again and click Submit.

How do you get to your profile.

Go into the forum index (or anywhere on the site) go up on top next to the SFGAmWorld button and select "Profile".
