Hello All. I have been going to GA ever since I was a little kid but unfortunately I havent been able to go in the past few years and I have never ever been to Fright Fest. But this year I will be traveling from the Quad Cities with a few of my friends for our first ever Fright Fest. I was reading the board and found myself having no idea what Necropolis or the 3-D Haunted House was lol . Then i had my first briliant idea in years: I wanted to know if it would be possible to have those of you who have been to Fright Fest before to make a list of attractions (and other fun tidbits of info about what makes Fright Fest different than any ordinary day at GA) Also please include a brief description of what each attraction is about to help all of us first timers. This would be of great help and also help to pass the time until Fright Fest is here. Please everyone get involved. I dont think it would be much fun if one person reviewed everything so share the wealth :D . Also if you all could place Fear Factor Rating (1-5 with 5 being the most scary) on the end of your descripiton it would be great because i want to make the most of my one trip to the park this year and go to all of the really scary attractions. I hope this isn't too much of a problem and THANK YOU ALL in advance for helping me learn about all the attractions at my first ever Fright Fest.BigJad66

Go on the Six Flags website for the information on attractions. Also, Necropolis is the picnic grove decorated for Fright Fest. The Moseleum of Terror is back there, a circus tent with a fortune teller, a frek show, tons of charactors, and other stuff. Thats the scariest part of fright fest and the Moseleum is a must hit attraction. The 3D Haunted house is in an arcade in souhtwest territory. It probibly will be less scary than the other haunted house, but it's new this year so I'm not possitive.

AHH . . . Fright Fest! The Best time of the year. Especially this year with "Fright Fest The 13th" It's thier thirteeth annual Fright Fest and it is going to be a blow out year.First of all Necropolis:It is a "City of the Dead" With about fifty creepy cretures running around picnic grove. It is set up as a real city. It has a Hospital, a Chamber of Commerce, a Hotel, and a Mauseleum. They do the most decorating in this area.Mauseleum of terror:The Mauseleum of terror is The Mauselium in the City of the dead. It is the parks biggest attraction. It has a twelve year old age limit. I've never actually been inside but I heared it's cool.Superstition:Elvira Hosts a 3:D Motion sim tour of her haunted theme park. This is a heck of a lot better then SSA. You go through two or three rides in 3:D. I really like this version.Dead Elvis and the Tombtones:Elvis is dead and in the building. He has a brand new show for Fright Fest the 13th. Singing New and Old Elvis Favorites.Love at First Fright:This is, like, the best show in Six Flags History. Jack and Katie are joined by a musical crew on Halloween Night. It's a really good show. They add extra stuff to it every year. Like last year they mentioned Stuff like Spongebob, and Trading Spaces. It's great. The Zombie Jamborree:I think this is a really cool show. it's the nightly parade. You can see all of the creatures running around the park ride the decorated floats.Sleepy Hollow 3:D:This is the newest attraction. No one seems to know the story behind the 3:D Thing. So i can't help you there.Terror Twister:This is like the best thing at fright fest. its an enclosed tea cup ride. There are colored lights are music and storbe lights and all the windows are covered so it's really dark. You can never tell where you are going. It's so fun.DJ Bob's Halloween party:This is also a new show so i don't know anything about it.Yukon Terrortory:This is full of stuff for little kids. It's like pony rides, and hay mazes, and looney tunes and stuff.Blood River:It's a rapids ride with blood red water.Rue Le Morgue:It is darkend bumper cars. I've never ridden this.Hearsey Highway:With car crash scenes with Skeletons inside, and signs like "Dead mans' turn" I think this is kind of dumb, but if your in it for the Decorations, then ride.Scooby Doo's Mystery Train:The train ride has many stages this year. It is a scooby doo mystery where the gang is investigating a new case. Someone has stolen Mayor Slayer's Ruby Encrusted cane. It's up to them to figure it out.Susan Rosan: Mistress of Mesmerism:Susan Rosan hypnotizes the guests in the audience. I've never seen her before but she's "Back by Popular Demand" so she must be good.Plus Tons of Decorations and over 250 creepy creatures wandering the streets. Fright Fest of the best. You need to go. espectially this year.See Ya!BinksNote: I don't know what the Deal is but i can't type three:dee. It changes it into a smiley. just pretend it's not there.

The SF site has an Acrobat PDF file of the things going on at Fright Fest.http://www.sixflags.com/parks/greatamer ... _Guide.pdf
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

Thanks you all for the helpful info so far. I have read most of the links that you all suggested and now I have a little bit of an idea. I was looking for personal reviews like the one binks posted but everything is helpful. This has been great so far and I hope more people contribute. Thanks again and keep it going.
