While doing research for my RCT recreation I came across this site, and thought everyone might be interested in seeing it. If you're a die hard fan then this is a must.Link
Tidal Wave is in the park model pics. This makes me ask the question, was Tidal Wave planned from day 1?

Ive been waiting for it to be done too. His old site was good too. I love all of Steve Wilson's pictures. In one picture of the model TW isnt in its spot, instead a large bulding is there. In others its in the spot. I wonder when that model was built. Also what was that large buliding supposed to be? Steve Wilson doesnt even know.

Last I heard its just sitting in one of the storge units in the emploee parking lot. Proably sitting next to the model of American Eagle

That is quite a park model. I wonder how long it took. It's fun to see how Great America has changed. In one of the model picutes there is a round building, and the author didn't know what it was for. If I had to guess, I would say it looks like a food court or something. Any other thoughts?
I was thinking about that too. I cant guess what it could be.

ya know what would be really awesome if they made a current up to date model of Six Flags Great America ya know what it looks like currently.
ive been to sfga a total of 10 times since aug. of 99 my fav is raging bull & superman ultimate flight heck i love all of the.
Maybe that round building was supposed to be one of those CircleVision 3D theatres or something.

No thats what TURN OF THE CENTURY looked like it wasnt DEMON until 1980.
I wonder if it was better as Turn of the Century. Kind of seems like it wasnt since they added the two loops. Wait Chitown did you ever go on it? If so tell me what you think is better.

Turn of the Century was fun with the bunny hops after the first hill but Demon is an overall better experience.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.
i think Turn of the Century looks cool! very different from what Demon looks like now!

There is a mountian in the background becasue thats the Santa Clara park ( Paramounts Great America )
