Postby stolen_starz on April 20th, 2003, 3:34 pm
hey in the other fast lane topic, there was a list that sfgreatamerica2003 with the list of rides that will use fast lane passes with but i thought that it changed daily? i could be wrong.. but there is always a sign in there that says "these rides are available with fast lane today" and sometimes there aren't as many. i remember one time i went and batman had fastlane and another day i couldn't use fastlane on it. i dunno maybe i'm wrong.MOD NOTE: Can you please not bold the whole post, Thanks alot.

well i KNOW for sure that you can't on deja vu. last year the ones that i KNOW you COULD use them on were:Raging BullV2Iron WolfBatmanand those r the ones i remember for sure.. i dont remember being able to use it on the eagle, viper, or demon, but i could be wrong. i know for SURE that Deja Vu didn't use it. I am guessing that superman probably won't use it either. because it's new.. u'll just have to wait :S

ummm...on certain days there is a sign that will say "this ride will not offer fast lane pass today"...or sumthing like that, but dont know why because i've never bought a fast lane pass before...maybe its just when the park isnt as crowded....but when you first enter the park it also says which rides will offer the fast lane pass that day.... :D~~~ONLY 12 DAYS!!!!~~~

stolen_starz you are right about how the park changes around the rides that you are able to use the fast lane pass for. They do this for almost every ride except the Raging Bull and the Whizzer becuase they are the more popular rides. I know this because I go to the park everyday during the season. I'm pretty sure that you will be able to use the fast lane pass on S:UF. I say this because I saw pictures of the SFGAdv S:UF on its opening day and there were a few pictures of the entrance of the ride. There was a regular entrance and next to it was a fast lane entrance. I'll put a link of the site below where i saw these pictures.http://www.gadv.com/MDC.html

But maybe not because they may have just made the extra fast lane line for later like in a year or two when they do start using fast lane on that ride.Or is there actually a whole other line of people in the pictures.

I don't think they would build a whole seperate Fastlane line if they aren't going to use it...

Well maybe they just built it because even though they might not use it this year because it will be so popular, they will start using it later after the hype dies down a littlw . (That's what I meant)

Sorry. Although there is indeed a FASTLANE line already built into the queues at S:UF, it wont be in service for this year. Why? You try explaining to someone that they have to wait 3 hours and someone else has to wait for 45 minutes. They wanted to give all the guests a fair shot.

Lol Dre... Looks like you were right! :D Anyway, I can see why they wouldn't use it until next year... Makes sense.

doesn't the fast lane depend on the day.. i went there one time and u couldn't use fastlane on some rides and u could use it on them the next time. i think.. they always ahve that sign by where u buy the fastlanes when u go to buy one.

Yeah, the rides change just about every day for fastlane. When you buy it, it has a sign telling you which rides use it for the day.
