Doubt it. I. Imagine they will finish up the stairs and walkways to the drop first. It wouldn't make sense to bring the big crane over there just to double back for the walkways.

B&M Guy - THANKS for making these videos!! You definitely should be among the first ride Rak!

Which part(s) of Rak will be in Demon's old queue and where is that exactly located? I know there's that large area that's on your left as you walk up the stairs and towards the switchbacks prior to the station

I'll eat my words, I really thought they'd finish the stairs and walkways first. I guess they're trying to finish up more track pieces before the weather hits.

As for Demon's queue, we only lost the "overflow" which was only ever used in Fright Fest and maybe fourth of July. I don't see that overflow returning based on the footer layout, but I think the exit will follow a similar path.

Bottom of the Dive Loop now installed
Today they’re working on the stairs and catwalks for the lift hill

I would think they'd connect contiguous pieces?

Normally they do, but with how spread out the supports are, some track pieces actually compress and support other pieces adjacent to them.

This is why the drop and lift met in the middle.

I can't say for the the immelmann and dive loop follow the same logic, but maybe.

You can see this happened on X-Flight only once. The first drop built it's way up to meet the top and those were the only two or three pieces that were out of contiguous order.

Sounds like they are working into the night today. Perhaps anticipating they won’t get much done tomorrow with the snow.

I really hope they repaint Totally Kickin Chicken because it’s going to look so ugly crammed in right between Demon’s entrance and Wrath going right over it. I wonder where the Demon sign will go if its place has been taken by footers.

How close do you live that you can hear them?

I know some one who lives close by and they confirmed there are giant spots lights by Wrath and it’s clear they are still working.

^ Wonder if they finished up the catwalks tonight. I’m surprised to see them working that late!

Likely to stay on track due to potential delays this week because of snow.

And the traffic camera is back to normal now. They obviously moved it down on purpose lol.

I still see cranes in the camera. Those madlads are dashing to finish whatever they can before the snow storm hits.

I was gonna ask about those last 2 pieces of flat track at top of lift! There's seemingly nothing supporting them

I would hope they at least save the spot lights on top of the building that have been left unused since Deja Vu.

It might also be safe to assume Rakshasa will have a camera and use that new tech they've implemented on other rides.

Or just give Rakshasa a light package. Please.

I am also wondering what TSR is?

As for "Addition of Retail Space for Exiting of Rakshasa Ride", I don't see how Demon Snacks will serve any food going forward and it will be strictly retail (besides some candy and ice cream bars in a freezer), but we shall see

Something to note
This says “addition” and not “renovation”
Does that mean this is for a new structure specifically for Wrath or is it just a misprint that we know Gurnee has done in the past

TSR = totally sick ride (as the kids say)

The drop is NABAIL (not as bad as it looks - I've been using that one for a while)
