Splash Water Falls?

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

I was just doing some searching on Great America's website and saw a picture on Yankee Clippers page. I believe that it is Splash Water Falls.

It is the second picture on the slideshow.

Why does this need a topic? We see this all the time. This is normal in Six Flags standards.

Looks like Yankee Clipper to me.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

Wait for the picture to cycle. Yankee Clipper doesn't have 5 rows and able to hold 17 people as the picture clearly shows.

At least they HAVE pages for Yankee Clipper and the other rides now. In the not-too-distant past they only had pages for the more intense coasters and thrill rides. Whizzer and the other rides were just listed all on one page with minimal description or information. It might not be perfect now, but at least Six Flags is taking baby steps in the right direction! :)

I hear you. We have a new coaster opening up, we are about to hit the main part of the season and this is all we can come up with. Christ!

I couldn't get over the high film speed of that image and the resulting graininess. That was probably an old picture from the early days of Splash Water Falls. The question is though, why include that in the slideshow.
