Any discount tickets for kids?

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

Are there any discount for kids tickets? My husband and I are season pass holders, but it looks like none of the ticket discounts are good for the child ticket, except the "Bring-a-Friend-Free." Unfortunately, those are only good for weekdays, and we can't do those. Anyway I'd like to take my almost 4 year old this year, but $45 seems like a lot, especially when that's how much an adult ticket costs online. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Unfortunately, I don't believe there are any discounts for kids. Are you planning on bringing him 2 or more times this year or just once? You could also bring him half price (around $30) Memorial Day weekend with your season pass.

I do believe there is a lowered price for anyone under 48 inches. I think the best place is to check online. I also think that maybe 3 and under get in free? Again not sure.

2 and under is free and prices start at $44.99 at the park for children under 48''. I believe online tickets are the same amount for everyone over the age of 3, the price just varies by which date you buy them for.
