Ok, I have a few questions about SFGAm. I was wondering if you guys can help me here.
1) Is there a bike rack where I can lock up my bike at SFGAm? A) If there is one, where is it located usually? B) If not, is there anywhere I can lock a bike up at SFGAm?
2) Why did SFGAm push its opening hours from 10:00am to 10:30am?
I remember that the park use to open at 10:00 am. Thanks.
And as for the opening, I asked one of the "gate greeters" last season (who give you a survey while waiting to get in). She said because of the bankruptcy thing a few years ago, all parks changed their hours except Great America. However, they're also saving money by opening a half hour earlier since that's less they have to pay their employees....
It seems like the other side always wins on American Eagle Also, I've ridden Goliath 23 times in one day. HBU? (Sorry in advance for unnecessary commas and parenthesis every where)

I vaguely remember seeing one. But don't quote me on it.
I actually found one.
The bike rack at SFGAm (Six Flags Great America) is located on the left hand side of the entrance plaza, right next to the fence bordering Superman Ultimate Flight.

The picture looks a little dated. Superman is red and I definitely have never ran into a bike rack while taking that walkway from the Drop-off lot. I was picturing it closer to the entrance.

That picture is from about 10 years ago I don't think its there anymore. But there might be one by the outside bathrooms and the dog kennel. Other than that I doubt it you can always call the park 847 249 1800 its the season pass holder line but they can answer your questions the other number is automatic and won't have the information you are looking for.

A customer who's asking about a customer service type question about a bike rack is very different than a call about, like, how construction on Goliath is going (which I assume is the type of call that would annoy them). That said, you might be able to get a response by Facebook or Twitter, or by one of the options listed at https://www.sixflags.com/greatamerica/p ... contact-us.
