I think all of the coasters except for Ragin Cajun and Whizzer...Correct me if I'm wrong...I think it's when lightning and wind get involved that other coasters shut down..
Have a take and don't suck, it's the Jim Rome Show!

I think with coasters they only shut them down when there is lightning. Coasters run faster when the tracks are wet. I have been on a few in moderate to high rains. AE is the smoothest fastest fide you will ever have in the rain. I always run to it when rain hits the park.
When it rains don't run for the exit and leave the park. All rides become water rides in the rain

Your definition of moderate/heavy rain may vary, but what I posted is 100% accurate. If you were on a coaster in heavy rain, one of two things happened, either your train got sent right before the phone call came in, or it started pouring while you were on the ride.
I've had one odd occurrence with rain, and that was when they closed Raging Bull when it was down-pouring with no lightning, but kept Eagle running the whole time. It poured for about 15 minutes straight. Has anyone else ever noticed this happen before? It may have just been a one time thing, but it really surprised me.
^As Dejavu2001 said, it takes time to call the rides and Eagle may have still been cycling to get riders off. In some cases the coasters will continue cycling empty.
