Season Pass Processing?

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.
Postby JimPanky on March 12th, 2013, 8:00 pm
I bought a season pass for the first time. I got the ticket in the mail. I know the processing center is in the park. I imagine this ticket will get me in the park the 1st time to get it processed and get my ID, right?

Yes, you will be allowed into the park with that ticket, and then you can go get the pass.

Great thanks for your help.
I have another question:
Do you need to bring anything with you to get your ID and parking pass besides the tickets I got in the mail? (any ID, license plate #, car info, etc.)

No, Parking Pass is on your Season pass. Make sure that your parking pass is on the Season Pass of the person who will be attending every time...This is just an assumption you're not by yourself.

As Galvan said, there's an early bird processing....GO. Lines are insane at the beginning of the season and once you use that voucher to enter the park you MUST process it.

Maybe it was just the day I went last year, but if you got the pass materials online and had everything printed and ready to go, they were pretty fast about processing as they had extra processing centers in Firehouse Pizza. But, I don't fault anyone for choosing not to risk it.

At PPC, there are two lines, those who are purchasing and registering and the other is for online vouchers. Both lines can get terribly long but online always moves faster.

I worked in rides, but they asked me to go to PPC twice for extra staff; once opening weekend and the other Fright Fest. You know it's bad when they start pulling rides people.

Curious. Do they still have the option of mailing your pass if you had one from the previous season?
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

Didn't really pay attention when I bought my gold pass...when I bought online I think I saw the mailing option is still there. Entering the previous season pass # seemed to do nothing.

I was not asked for anything when I got mine. Also, one day I found a season pass on the ground. The passholder's name was "Spongebob Squarepants" so considering this, I would say that a photo ID is not necessary, but to be on the safe side, I would always have it with me while at the park.

Unfortunately they no longer do that at SFGAm, SFSTL does still though.

Welcome to the club! Is it Gold or Regular? And don't forget to pick up your discount book on opening day. -Even though the discounts suck...well, most of them.

Pass Processing at the window. Not sure if GR will be handing them out. I know there's an early bird pickup listed on the site.

buying a season pass for the first time... makes more sense since i'm going twice this year cheaper than buying 2 separate tickets. . where will I go once I get into the park? or will someone direct me once I get through the entrance? and then when I come back the 2nd time I just show them my pass and I get to go right through like normal?

1)you will take your season pass voucher to the entrance and get into the park
2)once in the park you will have to go to hometown square and you'll see a sign that says season pass processing
3)once done you'll have your season pass. every time you come to the park you will get your passed scanned at the front entrance

hope this helps!
