Hi! I'm a newbie here Does anyone know what is wrong with the Six Flags site? When you try to roll over a date to see if their operating hours are posted yet it says "FIX YOU SITE- site hacked!"
I got a weird message will searcing for SFMagicMountain's park hours last week. Now that I checked SFGAm's and SFMM's websites again, I do get the "Fix your site - site hacked" message on some calendar hours, and some person's e-mail address on others.
SF site has always been messed up......not to long ago on S:TE's page it had a picture of S:UE (there is a bit of a difference between and impulse and a reverse freefall)......anyway things like that happen all the time on the SF site.
Yeah, this is not a content error, this is a hacking error. Either some employee decided to do something funny, or some coaster nerd thinks he is being funny by doing this. Either way, he/she is a moron for putting thier email (assuming it's real) on there. Somebody probably found some glitch and exploited it.
It doesnt matter if they didnt messs up the whole sight, its still a hacker. Somebody hacked into disneys wbsight and instead of reading captions for pics people read walt walt walt walt walt.
The hacker probably couldn't do much more. He/She was probably limited by skill or securtity measures. I believe what he did was fairly easy (I've only heard little on hacking).
Just like this forum, the SFGAm site is probably based off of a database of some sort. The hacker probably only had access to that database or something. Did you also notice that a hyphen was placed between the @ and "hotmail", which would not be a valid e-mail address.

Next step, hack this site!
That'd be a stupid idea

If i got the chance to hack in (Without being arrested or something) I would fix the site. It really sucks. And i would add a photo section. I think that the site could really use some help. But just adding stupid pop ups was dumb.
Assuming that he didn't have instant-access from working inside corporate, or such, this guy is obviously is a hacker, not cracker... Seems that (s)he just wants to point out a security flaw, not actually destroy. Naturally, it's not legal... but it may keep SF from getting hit by someone with much crueler intentions.
What happened on this website sfgamworld.com, yesterday. I come to this forum, and it said they hacked it. How did you get it back? Did you have to pay money, or something?
"I've been staring at the world, waiting. All the trouble and all the pain we're facing. Too much light to be livin' in the dark. Why waste time? We only got one life. Together we can be the CHANGE. So go and let your heart burn bright"
Since Friday or Saturday, I've noticed that this site is using 200% of my CPU, but I can't figure out why. Even when this site's window/tab is not active, CPU usage is high. Even after killing all ads, still high usage. I've been thinking that this was a problem with just my computer, so I exit this site whenever I'm not actually using it.
As of today, I'm still seeing 200% usage. If no one else is seeing the same, it's probably me. Still, I've never seen this behavior from this site. Strange.
