5 Rides Now Rumored!!!

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.
Postby coastercrazy111 on January 5th, 2004, 1:25 pm
It has been confirmed by Amusement Business that we will more than likely be getting five new rides. In lncluding the Huss Frisbee we will be getting, a Reverchon Crazy Mouse, A Huss Top Spin, and a Zamperla Balloon Race. These should all be pretty good rides.
2010 is going to be one to remember forever!!

And that means another mark on the SFGAm coaster count! I hope they put it where the Go-Karts are.

My hopeful locations

Huss Frisbee - PD's lot
Zamperla Balloon Race - CC's lot
Huss Top Spin - Wilderness Theater (Admit it. That would look cool.)

Here's hoping the 5th is a Zamperla Energy Storm or a new Ferris Wheel.

I'm going to sound like a completet idiot, but I don't know what any of those rides are. Is there a place to find pictures or descriptions of them? I don't know what a Top Spin, Frisbee, or Balloon Race are. Thanks for any help.

I think the Balloon Race would go in Ameri-Go-Round's old spot, since it seems to be the smallest. There's also lots of room near Roaring Rapids and the Picnic Grove area for a small flat, and Yukon Territory does need some rides besides Logger's Run and Camp Cartoon Network and Loony Tunes NP.

Sounds like fun, if this does indeed turn out to be true.

Is there a link to that article that you can provide??

No, You have to be a AB Subscriber in order to view it.

I just looked at it (on-line) and it is not an article. The heading reads "Capital Improvements At Parks Worldwide A Sampling Of Rides & Attractions Set To Premier This Year"
And then it list Parks in Alphabetical order and what they are going to get.

I think that the balloon race will probably end up in one of the kiddie areas. I'm also suprised by the mouse since it is january and nothing has shown up.

usually Wild Mice are small and do not take up alot of space. I would not be suprised if we do not see any evidence. We have not seen any evidence of the flats.

But its a RUMORS page. I would suggest not believing anything until an announcement form the park itself, otherwise everyone could be set up for a big disappointment....but go ahead and do whatever you want.
