I've been accepted to Marquette! Yay, So I'm not too far from SFGAm, So I'll be renewing my pass but I don't renew online because I wear my pass down and I'd be afraid I'd end up wiping out the barcode, so I always get a new pass.

I just buy the new one online and go and get it processed at Six Flags. Although this year I think they are sending you a whole new pass instead of sending you a sticker for your pass like they did last year.

I got an e-mail from SFGAM and they are on sale till Jan 30th, 2004 $69.00 each plus tax if you buy 2 or more. $81.00 plus tax if you buy one. It says that you can also buy them at Jewel Food Stores.

Yeah, if you renew by Jan 30th it's $69.99 ($72.09 I think after tax). They print and send you a whole new card now, as long as they have a current photo of you in the system. I'll probably do it, even though I look like an idiot in my photo lol.

You get the new card for this year, all they do is take the picture from last years card and put it on the new one.

Will it get you into the park unlimited times in 2004? If it does, I don't care if its neon pink with Barbie on the front of it. :)

Done and done. If there's a new ride, I'll be heading there first! (After Raging Bull, of course  )

I hate to dissapoint you, but the new ones are really lame looking. Personally, I thought that the superman ones were cool.

if you really want to see what the 2004 passes look like, go to sixflags.com/greatamericaand look for the link to renew your season pass. It doesn't show the exact pass, but it looks similar.

Honestly, do some of you really get disappointed when a season pass is not eye catching to look at?

I dont know about the rest of you, but the only time I actually see my pass is when I pull it out of my wallet and let the ticket taker scan it. After that, it goes right back in my wallet until the next visit.

Its the same scenario as my Illinois driver's license. I don't care if Lincoln, the state bird, symbol, etc., is on it. Just as long as it proves that I am legal to drive.

Agreed... As long as that little piece of plastic gets me into the park, I don't mind the green with Bugs Bunny at all. It could be worse anyway.

I agree with you Chitown, it doesn't really matter to me. I was just saying that they look pretty lame this year.
