Did you ever finish it? I know you had one out with clips of dark sky and clips with sunny sky. I couldnt find the old form of this and I didn't have to much time. But I was just wondering if u ever did get around to it getting more footage.

Does anybody ever look on the main site?! It's been under the Raging Bull page for a few months now .
Also I probably shouldn't open my mouth about this but I will...the next video will be a regular SFGAm Video featuring clips of a variety of rides. Don't ask me when it will be done though, I just started on it lol.
Against the park policy? Yes. Do any of the ride operators enforce it? Nay. Go ahead and bring a camera on a ride and make sure it's in clear view when the ride ops are checking the restraints. Most of the time they'll either say "Hold on tight to it" or something.
It still doesn't mean that its right, and those ride op's really need to see the problems of bringing a large object on-board. And don't even think that just because your on the internet that SFGAm higher-levels don't read these forums. This is a common attitude that enthusaists are above the law somehow. No, having a strap for the camera/camcorder doesn't make it ok, putting yourself above the rules gets people killed. If you don't believe me look at the Holiday World incident.
Just because the ride op doesn't say anything about it etc. doesn't change the fact that it says on the ride entrance all of the rules regarding such objects. And if something were to happen, oh and it has, you can say the ride op said it was ok all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that the sign was at the entrance and you have read it and you ignored those rules. And then whoever is suing you can get their $500 million because you were not smart enough to follow a simple sign.
This was a hot topic with T_Biggs and that one guy from themeparkreview.com .
I admit, I have brought a camera on a ride a few times, even a cell phone with no strap. Did the ride ops care? No. Now had I of let go and my phone struck someone then they would. I think they have a dangerouse policy going there. I think the ride ops should not allow cameras/phones on rides at all. Look at raging bull, the line weaves throught out the ride (Viper's too).
Even if you talk to guest relations you should not be allowed on holding a camera. Go talk to guest relations and see if they will let you bring your coke or your pizza on the ride. You'll get a flat out no. There is equipment made for taking movies/pictures on rollercoasters. It isnt cheep. There is a reason for that, it is safe.
I have on ocassion brought a cell phone and tried to talk on it during the ride they didnt care. It didnt work that good because the coasters steel interferd. And I know from watching they will make you put them away.
