Me so happy to be here ;) haha
Yeah thats totally the B of B&M ;) haha
Can you tell by my awful weird expression of fear & joy that the yellow jacket delivers the omfg?! ;D

Thanks! Did everyone that sat in 2nd row get a video if they wanted one? or how did that work?

Only media got a video in the 2nd row. I was able to put my camera in the mount only because i was riding with Walter.
No in-depth review here just a couple quick things; 1. X-Flight is awesome and even thought I couldn't ride every seat, I got to try the front, back and a middle row on each side...It is awesome no matter where. 2. The control tower and support were exciting, but in the front row they were honestly the craziest chopper/near miss experience on any coaster I've ridden. 3. If you disagree, you're banned
Yes those pics are stills from this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0MlXkF85e7A that "the general" edited for me to have! & clubXjeff, I saw you two all day, you two were dressed up all nice for the event
I saw all you guys, too Mostly everyone had their riding buddie(s) but some drifted and got to talk to lots of fun people. It was really a great time, too bad I had to leave a bit early (about 1:45 or so) due to nausea and fatigue. How long did the gig go?
last ride was rigidly timed to 2 o'clock on the dot, and it may have been because I'm alittle sick, but it was getting a little hard to ride repeatedly towards the end.
Favorite Wood Coasters: The Voyage, Ravine Flyer II, Thunderhead, Balder Favorite Steel: Voltron Nevera, Steel Vengeance, Expedition GeForce, Olympia Looping Parks visited: 232, Coasters Ridden: Steel: 894, Wood: 179, Total: 1073
We left around 1:20 or so. I got my last 2 rides in with CoasterDemon and was kinda feeling a little queasy too. I never get that way on coasters. I think mine was due to eating pizza before my last 2 rides. I had so much fun though for just 1 coaster being open. I should have met more people. I had my wife with me. I don't know if anyone saw me though. I was the guy wearing the coaster team sweat hoodie and six flags hat.

There's IzCoaster and I! Third row right wing. I'm in the black he's in the blue.
Okay basically to sum it up, xflight media day was FRIGGIN AWESOME! Xflight is undoubtably the best ride in the park in my opinion. B&M really out did themselves with this creation. I cant wait to see more and more wingriders, bigger faster and more inversions.
So some stats. I skipped school and got to the park around 6am with my dad. We checked in and walked towards xflight and ran right up to the station and in line. Rode it once or twice and got some donuts and yum yum's (I was REALLY HUNGRY). I went back in line and rode it a bunch more times (And even rode next to jonrev of sfgamzone and DIDNT EVEN KNOW! lol) at which I saw some ACEr's, a couple guys wearing themeparkreview shirts, and of course the one and only WALTER BOLLIGER! I met a fellow SFGAmworlder, IzCoaster, and we rode a bunch of times together (as my dad was too tired to ride much anymore). I got to see some of the merch at the x-gear and some of the stuff looked pretty cool, but it was only open for a few minutes so I missed my chance to buy some stuff. The ribbon cutting thing was pretty cool to see too. I stayed there and got the VERY FINAL RIDE (w00t) and returned home.
Overall, I rode xflight about 44 times. For the people who were there, how many times did you ride?
Xlight total rides: 50 times and in every row except front row left wing.
I think I did about 15 trips on the ride myself. I was more than happy with that, I had enough. If I was feeling better, I would have rode about 2x that. Most of the company was good, so that's always a good time to ride coasters.

My standard experience on Superman: "Wow, this is a great lift! Such a great view!" (I'm a lift hill fan...) Drop "I hope this damn thing doesn't open up - that would really suck." Loop "oh yeah.. here it comes... LOLOLOLOL" (I never 'LOL') rest of ride "I'm over it, when is this thing gonna end?" and then, my favorite part, the brakes! "Nice spit! Nice stinky feet! This is *sooo* comfortable. Slow ride ops - come on! Great, I get to listen to more acting-out teenagers swear. Good times."
And then I get off... and look for an empty seat! The loop is worth it.
What do I think of X-Flight? Boring......NOT! I had soo much fun on media day! Rode an awesome ride 32X, met some awesome people. CoasterDemon and I were checking out the very cool engineering in the trains too. The steering on the train is cool. Not a single part stays straight. A masterpiece! wish I was in line again right this very moment. The wife and I are coming back on Memorial day which is our 3 year wedding anniversary too. She was the one who suggested it and I was like Tim the tool man and went hUh? The only complaint that I DO have about X-Flight is the way that the vest tightens up and at the end you feel like you're having trouble breathing. ALSO ON A SIDE NOTE... did anyone happen to get that USB drive for on ride pics for 30 bucks? Post your onride pics here too, that would be cool.

yes, we got it opening weekend. I think we ended up with 12 or 13 pictures yesterday from rides, etc. Sorta fun to just grab pictures. Got ones from the front, back, etc.
They are good at any Six Flags park as well.
I posted this in the other thread but what the hell...
I'm in row 2, Draven is in the inside of Row 1, and his Mom is in the outside.

I think I saw you too. The day was such a blur lol. Everything happened quick it seems like. I met Paul and his Son, CoasterDemon, the editor of Theme Park Insider. I hope nobody thought I was stuck up or something, just shy. I'm shy by nature. If someone did think i was stuck up, I'm not.

Aww thanks Billy I should have walked around more and just flat out introduced my self as the "lost Stooge". I could be Barry Horowitz..lol.
