I will say this, if the park gets the ride, they need to make the que Raging Bull style going through the ride (as it is now.) The ride is just beautiful to walk around. On top of that, you have to be a ultra bad photographer to take a bad picture of the ride.
as you have it, the top of the lift is going to interfere with Raging Bull, also the theater is in the way, but if you slide it back towards the parking lot just to the point where the dive loop is directly next to the theater, I personally think that's where they are going to stick it.

this is Excited! Everyone Always Says "Never Gonna Happen" To Every rumor, or anytime a "New Coaster Rumor" I posted for our park. We the latest rumor was that Chang would be removed, given to our park and there park would get a Water Park Expansion....
So far its coming true! As Far as the issues with the Theater being in the way, Whats to say that they wont ALTER the ride during rehab, to move the Brake Run & Station so that it fits in the Space Shuttle/Go Cart spot! Are They Gonna Rename it also?
Also, if they keep the brake run and lift where it is, wont that involve reworking the hurricane Harbor entrance? seems like all that Foundation/Support would run through there
1. SFGAm will get Chang 2. The station, lifthill, and first loop will occupy the go-kart and SSA area. 3. The back half of the ride will extend into the parking lot parallel with the waterpark. 4. New trains will be put on as either a standard sitdown (like Kumba) or a floorless. 5. It will be renamed and themed to Bizarro. 6. The go-karts will be moved to the old SWF location and SSA building will be demolished. 7. The 2 existing Chang standup trains will be put on Iron Wolf and the old trains from IW will be scrapped.
That is my opinion and I am sticking to it.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.
Hey Chitown, what you said acutally would be an awesome idea. IW needs new train really bad and the 2 from Chang would be awesome. While Chang would be possibly upgraded into Bizzaro, with 3 trains and maybe a sit down coaster like Kumba?
Six Flags Ameirca as the number 1 park at SFI.... this is JOKE!
Whoever said that they should remove the block brake in the middle of the ride, I really really hope they don't. When you don't have that, capacity is terrible. Look at Superman. Raging Bull can have 3 trains run effectively because of that block in the middle. That trim after the 2nd hill up I don't agree with, but that block brake is really good in my opinion.

Who said remove? I know i didn't, I suggested relocating the Final Brake run to make the ride fit somewhere. Where does everyone get the "Bizarro" Name from!
They need to keep that Brake Section so that they can have more then 1 train running on the track at a time or people will get fed up and refuse to wait in line coughsupermancough!
Thats Why we are comparing it. S:UF is smaller and could have been better if it was bigger and had a brake run in the middle to allow for more then 1 train to run at a time. This is why i do not wait in line for S:UF, the wait time does not justify the ride time.
I am comparing it to SUF because it's the ride at our park that I see with a big problem. For Batman the Ride, the ride is so fast in time that when the next train comes back, you are ready for the next one. For Whizzer, you have that block when the train goes around the lifthill, for Raging Bull you have that block before the pictures, for Demon it's after the loops, but considering this ride is long, they need one. For Superman, I just see it as a problem because yes it's not the longest coaster, but I think that train should be sent out much sooner than it is. It really matters in consideration with the line.
Could Superman have had 3 trains? I think it could have if they changed how they check the seats on that ride as I have said before, and just made a tiny bit more of track with a block (not right after the loop, but maybe 20 feet more and than one). SFOG does have 3 trains, but they are more worried about the loading than sending trains off fast enough. It's not like after it passes a point you can send them. Demon runs 3 trains at a time, and I think that the time for that ride is less than Superman.
For the people that say these people are dumb for putting in maybe 2 stand up coasters in a park, this is the park that hasn't figured out since 1992 to be a metal railing between front row and other rows on Batman in the line where the yellow line that no one cares about on the floor is, but yet they announce it every 10 minutes. This is the company that when they had Deja Vu didn't realize hey let's put some more queues in the station so we don't have to pay another worker, and so when we don't have a worker, people don't feel like a canned sardine. The same thing is for Viper. It's the boss who doesn't experience a day in line (sneak me up the exit), and just listens to the operation managers. Well, if Batman the Ride has been running for 17 years without a seperation between front row and other rows, what do you think the managers are going to say? They are going to say everything is just perfect.

See that's what I am thinking...People are already going to go for the "new" coaster. But they have to do something to Iron Wolf to get ridership back, which is why they would "Bizzaro" IW.
I like chi-towns idea if we do get chang and decide to keep IW and not tear it down.
I would much prefer a brand new launched coaster/dive coaster then a re-tread ride from SFKK, but if the re-do chang from a standup to a sitdown/floorless coaster it does have the possibility of being a excellent ride. There is no need to have 2 standup coasters in a park IMHO.
Gotta say I'm fairly surprised that Chang is actually getting removed from SFKK. Sorry Kentucky fans, but it looks like you might be out a theme park pretty soon. Atleast you'll probably get a better waterpark in the end.
Chang coming to SFGam? Still not convinced. It'd be sweet, but it still doesn't make tons of sense.

I believe I was the first one to post that name on here Chang and here is why.
In the past 45 days I have been to 3 Six Flags parks with SF KK and SFOG being the other two. When I went to Great America two weeks ago, it was the only one of the parks selling Bizzaro themed merchandise as in the watches. Now I completely get why SFKK doesn't sell them as they don't even sell stuff for their own park. But SFOG has a huge merchandise collection with the same generic stuff as here.
I really don't think it is dumb luck that SF Great America is selling $40 watches of Bizzaro and advertising it in every store. This park sells Raging Bull 10th anniversary shirts as far away from the ride as they can and only in one store. Same goes for just about all other merchandise. Yet 3 non-kid stores all sell these watches. I really do think it is a hit to the future.
