I think not having bins is just a big money trap to get you to use the lockers, because when we were waiting in line, a guy came up to us and told us they didn't have bins up there, so we would either have to carry our backpacks or get a locker, so we decided just to make the guys that were with us hold the backpacks....but sure enough when we got up there, we weren't allowed to carry the backpacks on the ride....it was really stupid. We were all strapped in and ready to go (this was like the fourth train on Saturday morning), and they had to unstrap everyone and tell us that one person would have to stay off and hold our bags. But we found someone in line that was nice enough to hold them. Did anyone else notice how incredibly rude all of their employees are?! Well not all...but most.

I thought the employees were really nice. I really don't think bins are a good idea, because that will just slow down capacity. If you visit Cedar Point you will notice they do the same thing but with all there rides. I couldn't even get into line there with my 20oz. bottle of water. Some people carry around the most useless stuff, theres no need to be carrying around backpacks of stuff. I bring my wallet, camera and keys with me. Thats all, and I make sure I have zipper pockets to store them all in there. God knows what people keep in these backpacks they carry around all day, but wouldn't it be easier just to leave that stuff in the car.

well....not to sound rude, but incase you didnt notice not all of GIRLS clothes have pockets and we cant keep out cameras and money anywhere else, so thats why i take a bag....i also hold a walkie talkie in there when we separate into different groups and meet for lunch...you have to think about everything before you post...

You said: "Not ALL of girls clothes have pockets" but if you wear the clothes that do have pockets to the park, you will have pockets. :) Not all my clothes have pockets but I have no problem wearing the pair of shorts and pants I have with pockets to the park. So you should think about what you are going to wear to the park before hand. Also I maybe when you seperate from groups and are going to meet for lunch you should probably just set a time, it would probably be easier since most walkie talkie things are bad anyhow and usually don't work around large crowds of people. Doing that would give you one less thing to carry around. :)

I always bring a bag. I've never had a problem. We always bring food too. haha, park food is sooo expensive!! I always keep a sweatshirt and an extra change of clothes in the summer because of water rides. I hate walking around with wet socks and stuff, that HURTS after a while! lol But I keep my cell phone and everything in my bag. I keep credit cards and money on me in my back pocket. just make sure u wear pants that have a back pocket! now i can't imagine that you don't have a SINGLE pair of pants with a back pocket.. that's all u really need.

A little off topic but I asked some girl to hold something for me because my pockets were full of stuff. She said she didn't have any and when I noticed that her pants had pockets she showed me that they weren't really pockets and were sewn shut. Why would you put the pockets there....but not actually put the pockets there.

haha that is pretty funny. lol but why would u give ur stuff to a girl u don't know? i would feel kinda weird about doin that :? lol i just keep everything in my bag. when we went on superman, they made us leave our bags outside the queue house and it was fine. no one took ne thing, there was someone standing there, i really think it's safe to bring a bag.. knock on wood.. haha!!

Well if you read above Stolen_Star she said she had her bag stolen. It really isn't that safe to leave yourself into that pile, anybody can take any bag out of there if they want. Just because the ride op is standing there, doesn't mean hes going to watch it. There is no way he is going to remember whos bag is which. When I saw the pile it was huge, I couldn't believe so many people would just leave there stuff like that.TooTired, that is too funny though about the pocketless pocket. Makes you ask what these clothes designers are thinking, because they obviously aren't lol.

I'm a girl and most girls clothes (at least the ones I wear) are too tight to fit a camera, wallet, makeup, etc... in. It's not all about sensibility for girls...we have to be somewhat fashionable too. Guys clothes are just more comfortable and sensible for a place like great america.

but see....when you do have pockets they make shorts and pants now w/ sewn shut front pockets and open back pockets.....but it uncomfortable sitting on stuff in you back pocket on a rollercoaster....now guys....i understand that you dont need to bring a bag since most of the jeans and shorts now have really low pockets that you dont sit on...but i find it necessary to bring a bag 8) especially for glasses!!

that is why when you bring a bag, you keep your money and credit cards.. etc... on you. if you DO bring a cell phone, that is up to you, but i keep mine on me most of the time. i have never had a problem. but i keep anything valuable on me. normally in a bag i bring clothes, a camera, and food. stuff i wouldn't care if it got stolen. most ALL cells have clips and they won't fall off if you tuck them under a sweatshirt or something... if you have to wear clothes tight enough to where u can't tuck it in, then i guess u have a problem dont ya?
