AsRealAsItGets: Just go to youtube and type in "hitler" in the search box. You will see it along with many other versions of Hitler hating something. lol I especially liked the one where he rips on the Cubs. :D

Jcoaster95: You aren't missing much with Twisted Twins. It was a pretty boring coaster. The only cool thing was the dueling element but that's about it.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

He got pretty angry when Havlat went to the Wild and the Pats lost the Superbowl a few years ago. This stuff can't be good for his blood pressure.

I wonder if he knows Son Of Beast is SBNO at King's Island right now :P

While that was very funny, back to Chang. Does anyone think that SFGAM might just be a stop on the way to another park? Or would they not waste their time?

It would be a huge waste of time, effort and more importantly money on Six Flags part if it didn't stay here.

I thought the ride was staying here because it was the closest park that could hold this much space for a ride like this...

^ 2nd closest, SF STL is between 1-2 hours closer depending on how close to the speed limit you drive.

According to rcdb's "new for 2010" list, Great America will be getting something new for the 2010 season but its unknown and says its in storage. If you click on it it says that it is Chang. Is this a reliable source?

I would say that because they haven't filed for a height variance with Gurnee there is no chance for 2010 look for it in 2011

RCDB does this anytime a coaster goes from one park to another like in this situation. This has happened before, with SFAW's Serial Thriller ride when it was in storage at Great Escape.

RCDB mean it is "In storage" since 2010. Now if it said "operating" 2010 that would be different.

Updates? Updates? Pics? Is it gone from SFKK? Did any more parts arrive? I feel like someone on here is holding out on us.

RobSFGam made a blog updating the progress of Chang, so make sure you bookmark it!

http://changsfgam2011.blogspot.com/

He just updated it with fresh pics from SFKK, just so we know that he is still updating and still on the lookout for pieces of chang. He said he has not seen anything since the arrival of the support and staircase.

The absolute best thing that could happen with this is the alleged moving of Chang's trains to Iron Wolf to improve that ride, and to transform Chang into a new floorless coaster or something like Bizarro.

There is absolutely no reason to add or switch stand up coasters. They are among the least favorite coasters to everyday people and that is fact.

A floorless coaster will be FAR FAR more popular among people, and honestly is more fun anything than the stand up coasters which are gimmicky and uncomfortable to begin with.

I happen to think Mantis is the second best ride at CP. I love her very much. Maybe cause I worked a standup & know how to ride one? but for years(when all i knew was sfgam & cp), Ironwolf was my favorite ride. some say i have bad taste, maybe so, i just like aggressive rides. SOB is on my top 5....thatll tell you alot haha.

As for Chang: If this honestly becomes solid, true, whatever...I will be amazed after all those years of rumors & hope for those of you who have been for some reason, wanting a floorless coaster here...& how many of you will wet your denims.

For what its worth, a guy over on coasterbuzz who is pretty much spot on and reliable has stated that Chang is not coming to SFGAm, it is simply being held there in storage temporarily, though he won't indicate which park it is eventually going to.

I think Shapiro is set to disappoint once again.
