Those are some of the best pics I've seen yet. You seem to be one of the better coaster photographers on the net. Thanks for the update, and keep up the good work. (That comment came from a perfectionist who doesn't like photos with anything slightly distracting in a photo, even one person who isn't the subject or a one degree tilt.)
S:UF looks awesome.....but out of place......i still think Shockwave should've stayed, and they should've extended the park..... but i guess im gonna have to get use to seeing a smaller coaster at the entrance of the park.... but i cant wait to ride it!!!! ~~~19 DAYZ!!!!!~~~

I havn't seen it in person, but even though in pics it looks smaller in terms of height, it looks larger as in bulkier and heavier. Shockwave looked very light, due to the track wasn't as big as most of the other coasters there (most are B&Ms, which have huge track,) and it was so tall it made the track seem smaller. Superman just seems bulky, heavy, and ready to throw its weight around from the pics I've seen. in my opinion, it shouldn't be hard to get used to. It wasn't hard to get used to SWT, or Raging Bull. It shouldn't be much harder to get used to the way the park looks with another new addition, even if it took out a old, high profile ride.
From outside the park it looks great, once inside the park though it does seem really small. Hopefully it looks just as good from Orleans Place as Shockwave did, but from the Carousel and Hometown Square yesterday it did seem very small.
Yeah, that's one thing that I was just a little worried about. I just hope it doesn't look too bare...By the way, I was hoping we'd have a better entrance/queue (like the one GAdv is getting)... They're entrance and queue is awesome, and it looks like we get just the crummy old Shockwave entrance. Oh well, Superman will still be awesome .
I'm indifferent if we get a themed entrance or not. Orleans Place has very little theme to destroy to begin with, so if it was redone as an entrance ala SFoG, it would add a lot, and take away a little. But because of the fact there is so little, I want it to be preserved and stay looking barely New Orleans. Either way I'm happy, it's not like a super hero is being put in a well themed harbor setting it has nothing in common with...
Im pretty sure we will get something like the standard Six Flags Superman entrances, I could see two pillars up over by Shockwaves old entrance so they are probally just getting started on it. It does look like Shockwaves Queue house will be used for Supermans line which I think is a great idea, I can't remember the last time I waited in there lol. Maybe we will even get one of those big Superman logos on the ground in front of the entrance.
