IW was just painted like 2-3 years ago and the paint is still glossy, I dont see where everyone comes from every time IW is brought up and people start saying it needs new paint.

I don't see how that would help make the ride survive anymore. The line is very minimal now almost all time. When Batman The Ride has 4 queues before the tunnel plus the tunnel/rest of line, and Iron Wolf is right before the stairs, you know it's having trouble.
When the whole park is packed, I know that Iron Wolf won't be. The thing is that before the new harnesses were installed this year, the line was much longer. This could either be because of people never going on it, the new harnesses which makes more sense, or the fact that Deja Vu wasn't open. When it goes, I'm sure Shapiro will say, "Let's put a family ride over there." Bring back the Haybayler, and put it there when it does go!!

I went thursday for CAD & Iron wolf had no one in its que so we chose front row[havent done front in a long time] so the experience was different but still bone rattling. I love this ride cause nothin can change it The line was probally only short due to CAD. People flocked in after we were sent.
The new restraints on Iron wolf & raging bull are nice to see updated but dont change the ride at all. Thats good in my opinion.
Now for the overall GP I hear complain about IW bein rough, Id seriously say we could use B&M bullet trains to see if that differs anything[?]
When I got off, this mother looked down and said "who makes these things? UGH!" so maybe itll make the GP a lil' happier.....
well paint wont improve popularity, once a ride has a bad rep, it's got it just about for good, just saying for the people who say it needs paint so badly that it was just painted recently and probably just about every coaster in the park needs paint more than IW exept probably recently painted Batman, Demon and DV.

Those harnesses are like rocks. They are a lot worse than before. Just because they look good doesn't mean they are good. I'm talking about full queues on this ride this year. Have you seen the ride this year?

What part of line was this at? Was this the shorter queues under the green sun protector, or the longer queues towards the front. You have to remember that this was a Saturday, and not everyone knows that the harnesses are as hard as a rock. Next year is the determining factor for the "New" harnesses. Everyone should understand how bad they are this year, and probably not want to ride it next year. It was bad enough, and they made it worse.
For the other person, I tried to lean forward, and it just doesn't seem right. If I have to ride it like that, then it's not worth it at all. They can only make Demon's harnesses worse!! You can't make them any better. They are fine.

The shorter ones under the "sun protector." I just wonder what the line will be like during Fright Fest.
I can ride this ride without any headbanging, by just keeping my head back and against the right side of the harness. The only time I'd ever bang my head is right after the corkscrew, so that's the only time I really do it.

I still dont understand how people get hurt on this...
