I'd have to say that the back seat is the best on most coasters. I do like the front on Batman because you can see everything. I did really like the front seat on ShockWave too. After the third loop and right before the brakes, there was a turn that was so intense in the front seat. MAN I MISS THAT RIDE!!!!!!!!!!!
If it is a coaster that has been at Great America in the past, I would have to say that Tidal Wave was the best in the front row. The few times I rode it as I was very young when it was at Gam, you almost went over the edge.If it has to be a current Gam Coaster, I would say Batman at night, or V2, or Deja Vu. Although I prefer V2 and DV in the back, the front is great too. Batman at night is amazing cause you cant see anything.(even though after I dont know how many rides I have memorized the layout)And I agree with the afore mentioned comment about location and scenery meaning something to a ride. If you look at the really great rides that have been popular for a longer time, they all have had good theming and locations. ie...Raging Bull, Batman, Viper, and at other parks, Goliath@SFMM, Medusa, and countless others.
you can't believe it - you didn't mean it
but they saw you do it and they know your name
