I went to OLCHS too (the worst education around ). If your a senior at OLCHS and work at the Hilton I bet you know my cousin, hes going into his senior year and works at the Hilton. Private Message me if you know somebody with the last name Thompson. Also about Raging Bull's trims, they haven't been turned up at all...I believe they are the trims that are set for a certain speed that the coaster was designed for. The faster the coaster goes, the harder the trims grab and when it goes slower through the course the trims grab less. You will usually find when its cooler out and the coaster is running slower the trims grab less. It varies, they haven't been turned up.
This is a tough call. For me, it depends on how each ride is "performing" on a given day. Overall, I'd say Bull outperforms Viper slightly more often, but its close.Nothing on Viper can duplicate Bull's first drop. However, what I like about Viper is that it is more consistently thrilling. In fact, one of the best moments on the coaster is right near the end on the last hill. Bull is more or less over once you hit the mid-course brakes. I also enjoy the out of control feeling I get on Vipers best rides.I'd rank the rides like this:1. DV (One word here--STEEP-- I love it!)2. RB (A little too tame, but can still surprise me when I write it off)3. V2/Viper (tie) (V2 was once great;now I find it to be too much of a one-trick pony , but still delivers a nice thrill -- Viper has more "staying power)4. AE5. B:TR6. Iron Wolf7. WhizzerNote: Have not yet ridden Superman.
in my opinion, Raging Bull is a lot better than Viper. Though, that might change because I used to not care about Viper and I hardly ever rode it... and when I rode the back row on it in the fall last year I realized I was totally missing out. I went on it 2 times this year, and now each time I ride it it just gets better and better every time. Viper serves a nice amount of airtime, but not as much as Raging Bull does. And each time I went on Raging Bull this year, the trim just before the helix wasn't on, so we just flew through the last parts of the ride. Right now this is my top 10, and it is possible it will change the next few times I go.1. Superman: Ultimate Flight 2. Raging Bull 3. Batman: The Ride 4. Deja Vu 5. V2 6. Iron Wolf 7. American Eagle Blue 8. Viper 9. Demon 10. American Eagle RedAs you can see, I highly prefer steel coasters over woodies.
I love both these rides and they are my favorite at six flags. but i don't see how anyone can say ragingbull is boring. Sure its a diiferent type of thrill then viper but its still great. I dont see why we should argue over which is better. We should just love both

Uhh, wait till you go to cedar point, after going on millenium force and ttd and then going to sfgam within a week, raging bull's drop felt amazingly slow, i could really feel the difference. It just wasnt the same anymore...
Umm...ive done CP to SFGAm and MIA and SFWoA within a week and every coaster felt fine even after riding Millennium Force. (Top Thrill Disaster had yet to open then)
Yes, yes I do. I honestly don't care very much for raging bull. Whizzer, on the other hand, is a classic. THe ride is just pure fun. Small, mild, yet somewhat lengthy.... all the cool banks, and the forest setting. Whizzer is really fun! I would take an hour on the Whizzer over a day on Raging Bull.
Yeah same here. Whizzer would get really boring unless you had your g/f with you the whole time! I would take one ride on Bull over a day of Whizzer too.
